I’m really excited about this project because I get to work with Taiwan’s top athlete Lin Yun-Ju’s team and create a product that truly helps them. Through interviews and hearing directly from frontline users, I finally understood why some designs just don’t work well. Sports knowledge is already tough to grasp, and on top of that, understanding complex sports tech to support decision-making is even harder. I hope the way I simplify information and design based on how people think can really make it easier for users to handle data integration and prediction in that crucial final step.
