This robot project has been super interesting! It’s basically my most real-world service design case so far. The real world isn’t perfect and has resource limits, but this project truly gets into people’s everyday lives. One line that really stuck with me was: “We have some seniors doing second careers—they’re like senior interns full of wisdom in interacting with people, but their stamina isn’t what it used to be. The robot’s saving trips makes up for that.” I really hope introducing the robot can genuinely help improve the working environment for the staff.
